Howdy Frisco -

A fourth dog park is in the works - an 8-acre site in southeast Frisco with a splash pad. Saturday is stacked: Chalk the Park at Kaleidoscope, Bison & Blossoms wildflower planting, the Veterans Day Ceremony, Frisco Camp Out overnight, and Hoppy Marketplace at Rollertown. Plus Wholesome Clinic opens Saturday.

Here's your weekend.

🐕 A Fourth Dog Park Is Coming

Frisco officials are reviewing plans for a new 8-acre dog park in the southeast corridor, next to Fire Station No. 8.

At the Nov 3 Council work session, staff presented plans that would include multiple entrances, shade structures, open space, and a splash pad. City documents show the southeast portion of Frisco currently has a gap in dog park coverage - this would be the city's fourth.

The plans were shaped by community feedback and would provide additional recreational space for dogs and their owners in one of Frisco's fastest-growing areas.
