🤠 HOWDY FRISCO

Howdy Frisco -
This weekend you can practice Spanish, have coffee with the mayor, ride your bike along the Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt trail, adopt a cat and see a Coldplay tribute band - not necessarily in that order.
Also, a French-inspired boutique hotel is breaking ground on the north side of town this month, and it's tied to a development most of us haven't fully clocked yet. Let's get into it.
🏨 Firefly Park's Hotel Breaks Ground This Month
If you're new to Frisco, Firefly Park is a 112-acre development going up at the southeast corner of Lebanon Road and Dallas Parkway, and it's a big one: roughly two million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail, townhomes, and two hotels once it's finished.
The first of those hotels, Hotel Voeux, breaks ground this August. It's a French-inspired boutique property built around a central courtyard, with a resort-style pool, cabanas, a signature restaurant and bar, and event space, meant to feel more like a Parisian neighborhood hotel than a typical business-district stay. It's the kind of project that signals what this corner of Frisco is turning into: not just offices, but somewhere people actually want to spend a weekend.
